About The Position

Responsibilities

• Movement of raw materials using material handling equipment.
• Set up and perform wire cutting and stripping, including basic maintenance checks on the machines.
• Set up and perform manual crimping and conduct basic maintenance checks of the crimping press.
• Interface with automated robot cells, troubleshooting and analyzing operational performance data.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on robots and set up Keyence vision systems.
• Complete additional processes to finish goods, including clip installation and taping.
• Package and label finished goods and cartons.
• Complete various checklists and records associated with the above functions.
• Perform basic quality functions, including evaluation of cut and stripped cable and crimped material.
• Participate in 5S activities and support health and safety policies.
