Learn more at www.plzcorp.com/careers or visit https://youtu.be/XYNIFpLQIJY Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 JOB SUMMARY: The gas house operator will set up and operate all equipment related to the propellant phase of filling cans with the customer’s specific formula in a timely an efficient manner to promote continuous production.

Requirements

• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Extensive knowledge of pressure gas and undercup filling operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate and troubleshoot U.T.C.gassers, multi-head gasser, crimper and/or other peripheral equipment to fill cans with the customer’s specific propellant
• Manually drop valves by hand on lines where required
• Perform weight, pressure, vacuum and crimp checks regularly or at specified intervals
• Perform height and diameter changeovers, securing correct parts, components, etc in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform daily routine maintenance of equipment
• Will perform and/or assist in major overhaul of equipment as scheduled or required
• Properly complete gas hours activity report on a daily basis
• Performs other duties as assigned
