About The Position

The Machine Operator II brings a machinist's skill set to a hands-on production role. This individual operates and sets up CNC mills and lathes, follows work orders and QC checks, performs daily maintenance, updates setup sheets, assists in training, and handles material. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent, high-quality execution and being a key contributor on a collaborative team.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience operating CNC machines (OSP and Fanuc experience preferred).
• Comfortable reading blueprints and making routine program adjustments.
• Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for updating documentation.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training.
