About The Position

This is a 2nd Shift Position Responsibilities: Operate one (1) machine, including ProMach Panther printer lines or Fortna Plus equipment systems according to established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Safey Analysis (JSA) procedures. Monitor printer and conveyor performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal operation. Perform routine setup tasks on equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs when needed. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize workload and ensure timely processing of orders. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized safe work area. Visually inspect package labels; comparing labels to standard “sample” and works to resolve any discrepancies. Alerts supervisor to any problems with production levels, and/or quality standards. Operates equipment to ensure efficiency and production standards are met. Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Ability to learn new skills. Perform all duties as assigned or needed. May lift cartons of approximately 50 lbs. to perform duties – team lift available, as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience operating automated equipment and conveyor systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with any equipment Human Machine Interface (HMI) or similar automated control systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

  • A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $39,540 USD - $48,048 USD.
  • Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
