About The Position

This position is a critical role in our fabrication department as it is responsible for one of the first steps in building our pontoons that provide the smooth ride and performance that Barletta is known for. The Tube roller/Tube seamer position is responsible for inspecting flat stock for defects, using a tube roller to roll material, then load a robotic welder to weld the top seam together. Individuals in this role must have strong attention to detail and the ability to safely work in a fast paced and team-focused environment. Requirements

Accurately and efficiently read tape measure.
Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules.
Ability to Lift 60+ lbs (2 Person team)
Must have the ability to perform all physical requirements required of the position, including but not limited to ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb, squat for 8+ hours.
Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment.
Team player.
Positive attitude.
Good attendance.

Responsibilities

Ensure Quality and Customer Focus by inspecting all material for scratches/ defects
Operate small hand tools.
Operate Tube roller.
Lift and carry tube sections.
Load and unload robotic welder.
