Rotating Schedule (2 days on 2 days off every other weekend) 6:45 AM - 7 PM About this role: Operators are responsible for both direct and indirect tasks required in the manufacturing of sterilization dunnage. This includes, but is not limited to, the assembly of dunnage, raw material and waste management, and communications with dunnage customers and stakeholders. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Requirements

  • 1 year of related experience
  • High school diploma/degree/equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

  • Assemble dunnage according to its manufacturing procedures and within customer specifications.
  • Maintain communications with dunnage customers by providing them with order status updates and incorporating their demands into a monthly planning process.
  • Perform all aspects of receiving, shipping, material handling, and warehouse management.
  • Manage the purchasing/sourcing of all raw materials.
  • Support the identification and execution of VIPs within the North American dunnage operation.
  • Support continuous improvement of North American dunnage operation through execution of Lean, LBP, and 5S
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
