You’ll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of machine operation experience
- Experience with CNC programming and operation
- Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines
- Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed
