About The Position
While enjoying a satisfying position in a modern state-of-the art manufacturing facility in Springfield, MA, become a key member of the team as a Machine Operator 1, producing components according to engineering prints, focusing on safety and quality. The position requires setting up and operating multiple CNC and manual machines, including grinders, mills, lathes, and planers, as well as fitting or assembling parts. Mechanical aptitude and experience with metal fabrication are necessary.
