Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, or noisy environments
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Load and operate machines to produce large composite matting parts
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
- Move materials to and from production and storage areas
- Perform quality control checks
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and operating procedures
