Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, or noisy environments
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Load and operate machines to produce large composite matting parts
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
  • Move materials to and from production and storage areas
  • Perform quality control checks
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety rules and operating procedures
