About The Position

As our fabrication shop continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to develop technical skills, and is eager to be part of a team that fabricates components used on major mechanical projects. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with setup of fabrication machinery, including shears, brakes, and plasma tables
- Measure, cut, and form sheet metal according to shop drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of fabricated parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
