About The Position
Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. We are seeking and End Form Machine Operator to join the operations team at our Corsa facility in Berea, Ohio.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Wear required PPE including gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
Responsibilities
- Read job specifications such as work orders, blueprints, and measurement devices to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
- Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to fabricate parts to specifications
- Observes equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunctions
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, or rust from work piece
- Verify parts to specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment
- Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials
- Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
- Communicate with other departments as necessary
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards
- Adhere to all company rules and policies
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
