About The Position

As a Machine Operator / Drying Technician, you will operate specialized equipment that converts liquid materials into powdered products. This is a hands-on role that includes machine operation, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining product quality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred – will train new team members
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, or dusty environment
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures
• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate drying equipment used in the production process
• Monitor equipment performance using control panels and automated systems
• Perform routine quality checks on products during production
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment when needed
• Record production data and maintain accurate batch logs
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment after certification
• Willingness to use chemicals while wearing required PPE
• Prepare finished products for storage or shipment
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Communicate with team members to keep production running smoothly
