About The Position

We are seeking a Machine Operator for Day Shift. The hours are Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with frequent overtime of 1.5 hours per day and additional voluntary overtime available often. The wage starts at $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating one of our press machines or a CNC table router, and will direct the activities of their assigned Material Handler. This role requires understanding customer and machine requirements, and the operator will be trained to program the press settings for speed and material quantities. Basic math skills, including adding fractions and division, are required. Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a must. All positions require moderate lifting (50 lbs), with occasional heavy lifting (75 lbs +).

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience working with fiberglass.
