About The Position
Looking to begin or grow a career in manufacturing? We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator Class B to operate Turret or Laser CNC machines and produce high‑quality metal parts. This is an entry‑level role with training provided and clear opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn CNC operations
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to be trained
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused
- Basic math and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate Turret or Laser machines to cut, punch, or form metal parts
- Load and unload materials with proper alignment
- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Perform basic cleaning and routine machine checks
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Record production data and report issues as needed
