We’re looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Machine Operator (Blow Mold) with light industrial experience who has experience with product packaging in a high volume manufacturing environment. Requirements

Hands-on experience with equipment operation in a high volume continuous manufacturing environment.
Mechanical aptitude and experience and proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
Ability to stand, squat, pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization.
Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

Experience with plastics blow molding a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for setup, operation, and adjustment for product changeover of plastics blow molding equipment.
Performs daily equipment maintenance and upkeep duties including cleaning of machine/equipment and work area and documenting cleaning logs.
Inspects and maintains quality of product being produced in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices cleanliness and safety guidelines.
Ensures product components are used in lot sequence and required reports, labels, and other paperwork and data are entered in the computer as needed.
