About The Position

Johns Manville is hiring a full-time Machine Operator/Attendant at our Penbryn location, where we manufacture fiberglass building insulation for residential and commercial applications. As a Machine Operator/Attendant, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, performing quality control inspections, and problem solving to ensure the safe and smooth operation of people, equipment, and product. You will need the ability to work any shift, including rotating, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The position follows a 28-day working cycle, switching from Days to Nights with a total of 14 working days in a month, following a 4 on 3 off, 3 on 1 off, 3 on 3 off, 4 on 7 off schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts (Dupont Schedule).
