Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
  • Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
  • Receive and follow directions from the Operator and/or Supervisor.
  • Assist machine operator to set up orders, mount printing and cutting dies, ink adjustments, and ensure quality checks are performed before, during and upon completion of each order.
  • Inspect machine during run and notify Operator when acceptable parts are not being produced.
  • Assist in cleanup of equipment.
  • Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
  • Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Starting salary for position: $18.85 per hour. $21.91 after training.
  • Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
  • Paid Vacation: 2-5 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
  • Paid Holidays.
