About The Position

Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for Machine Operators and Assistant Machine Operators at our Halls, TN facility! As a Machine Operator or Assistant, you will assist with and/or operate equipment such as flexo folder gluers, die cutting machines, baler machines, etc.The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Shillington Box requires the following skills and abilities: High school Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. Corrugated packaging experience is preferred, not required. Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality. Ability to perform basic computer operations. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand instructions. The ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team. Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment. Requirements
