As a Tray Machine Operator, you are the guardian of quality, ensuring our products meet our standards consistently, all while following strict safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience and training, or equivalent education/experience combination.
• Basic computer skills and software use are advantageous.
• Mechanical skills are essential.
• Clear communication and document comprehension in English are required.
• Proficiency in arithmetic, including fractions, decimals, and equations.
• Regular walking, standing, and manual work, with the ability to lift/move 25-50 pounds for at least 8 hours.
• Essential for close vision, color vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.

Nice To Haves

• Tray machine operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the machine according to training instructions.
• Track checklist procedures and recommend part replacements or repairs.
• Strictly follow safety procedures.
• Operate tray machines to meet production requirements.
• Responsible for assigned tools, suggesting safety and efficiency enhancements.
• Adapt to new procedures that enhance efficiency and safety.
• Ensure product quality, including viscosity, color, labeling, and stocking.
• Maintain a clean work environment as per the 5S system.
• Perform independent set-ups and aim for peak efficiency.
