Responsibilities
- Arrive each day on time
- Load parts into machines and ensure there are no faults
- Check parts regularly to ensure they are in required spec
- Program machine to make adjustments if necessary
- Perform tool changes as needed
- Uphold the MS Companies' standard of quality and service
Requirements
- CNC Machining experience, able to program and capably run variety of machines
- Knowledge and ability to make tool changes if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- High sense of urgency
- Visually able to determine color, shape, and size of a part
- Ability to stand for up to 10-12 hours
- Have a positive attitude
- Ability to stand in warehouse for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
- Compliance with policies and governmental regulations
- Prior experience in a CNC machine shop
