Machine Operator 2nd

THK Manufacturing of America, Inc., a leading manufacturer of linear motion guides and automotive products, is seeking to expand its production team by hiring Machine Operators for its facility located in Hebron, OH. This role is crucial for ensuring the production of THK's high-quality precision products. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating assigned specialty machines, which may include setup and adjustments, operation, troubleshooting, changeovers, daily maintenance, and inspection of the machines. The primary machines involved in this role include saws, milling machines, machining centers, heat treatment machines, specialized hole drilling machines, straighteners, grinders, and cutting machines. It is important to note that machines that do not alter or fabricate products, such as washers, wrapping machines, packing machines, laser welding, and marking machines, are not included in this role. The position is for the 2nd shift, which runs from 3 PM to 11 PM. The Machine Operator will be tasked with loading component parts into automated machines for various machining processes, as well as cutting, grinding, milling, gauging, and inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of the production process at THK.
