About The Position
The Hirsch Operator I is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Hirsch and Boiler machines to produce high-quality first, second, and third-pass beads. This role ensures that all beads meet established quality standards, including size and integrity requirements, while adhering to safety and operational protocols. Oversight and monitoring of preventative maintenance on associated equipment is essential, along with the quality of the process/output of beads per specifications.
