About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be willing to repeatedly push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to grip with hands.
• Must be able to properly complete the paperwork associated with the position(s) assigned.
• Must have 6 months continuous employment in the last 18 months.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Must be willing to accommodate shift start time changes.
• Must be willing to work in an environment with the sight and smell of meat products.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred candidates will have at least 6 months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agriculture or production experience.
