First (1st) Shift Machine Operator – $19/hr Starting Pay + 4-Day Work Week! Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed Pay: Starting at $19/hour At Red Diamond , we’ve been crafting world-class coffee and tea since 1906. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)
- Stable work history and consistent reliability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals

- Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
- Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
- Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
- Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks
