About The Position
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating various machines to produce high-quality components. Key Responsibilities: Safety Adherence: Prioritize safety by following all company safety standards and procedures. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand production requirements. Machine Operation: Operate machines efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal performance. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by carefully monitoring the production process. Troubleshooting: Identify and address machine malfunctions promptly. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in optimal condition. Production Planning: Plan and sequence operations to achieve desired precision and tolerances. Material Preparation: Prepare raw materials for production.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Valid DL or State ID (required)
- Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Nice To Haves
- Welding experience (preferred)
- Plasma table knowledge
- CNC machine knowledge
