About The Position

Join our team as an experienced Machine Operator managing production equipment including fillers, case packers, capers, case sealers, palletizers and labelers. The scope of this role is to ensure the efficient and accurate filing of products into containers, adhering to specific volume and weight requirements, and maintain the highest standards of quality and filler operator works with the packaging end of a production line. This is a 1st shift position, 6:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and overtime as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1 or more years of experience in machine operating/Filling preferred.
• Experience working with Chemicals is preferred
• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to sit, kneel, bend at waist, reach and extend arms
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Ability to function in a range of temperatures
• Must wear PPE

Nice To Haves

• 1 or more years of experience in machine operating/Filling preferred.
• Experience working with Chemicals is preferred

Responsibilities

• Quality Checks: Ensuring that quality requirements are met through timely and accurate checks.
• Basic Math: Utilizing a computer and calculator for basic math calculations and measuring dimensions accurately.
• Safety: Using maintaining, and caring for personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communication: Effectively communicating with management and team members.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with Team members to streamline production process and improve efficiency.
• Attention to Detail: Being detail-orientated and having a thorough understanding of production and procedures.
• Maintain time and production records.
