  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with equipment.
  • Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes, as well as quality control principles.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Root cause problem-solving skills highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Some college coursework in mechanical engineering or a related field.
