As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality rail materials using industrial machines and tools. You’ll read work orders, operate safely, and help make sure every product meets our exact standards. Each order is unique — and every day brings a new challenge to master. Requirements

• Dependable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work.
• Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines to manufacture rail components accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals.
• Maintain inventory of materials to each workstation within the shop, which may include raw materials, removal of debris, pieces of rail, heavy materials, loaded or unloaded bags, sand, and other assorted materials needed within or around the shop.
