What You Will Be Doing We’re seeking a skilled and self-motivated Machine Millwright to support our high-performance golf ball manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll independently troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You’ll play a key role in enhancing equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with a dedicated team to drive production excellence. From preventive maintenance and system modifications to fabrication and diagnostics, your versatility and technical expertise will help shape the future of our manufacturing process. Requirements

Trade school diploma preferred
3–5 years of industrial equipment repair experience
Strong technical background with own trade-related tools
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of mechanical production equipment
