About The Position

Maintenance professionals are responsible for working on or repairing all machinery and tools including CNC machines, welders, air compressors, air tools, fiberglass and lamination equipment, and hydraulic equipment. Responsibilities also include ordering parts, working with corporate office personnel, completing paperwork, and updating a shared data base.

Requirements

Has demonstrated the ability to continuously stand, walk, reach while frequently crouching, bending, & climbing throughout the workday
Has demonstrated the ability to work in a non-airconditioned environment
Has demonstrated the ability to professionally work with team members, Team Leads, Group Leaders, Supervisors and Engineers to achieve daily work targets
Knowledge of how to use and repair all standard air and hand tools
Knowledge of how to read tool schematics, blueprints
Has demonstrated the ability to perform 3 phase wiring and trouble shooting
Has demonstrated the ability to work with Motor Controls and PLC's (programming, replacement, maintenance)
Has demonstrated the ability to step in and lead the work area when required
Has demonstrated the ability to understand importance of following work instructions to compete the daily work targets with zero defects for at least the jobs in their respective work area. This includes performing some rework.
Has demonstrated the ability to communicate in a technical manner. Web based and one on one communication

Nice To Haves

Able to learn or prior experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and pneumatics
Training in ARC flash and lockout
Will be certified in forklift, boom lifts, scissor lifts
Has demonstrated the ability to quickly adapt to changes in responsibility (work duties) processes, procedures, or work schedules.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
Able to understand and follow the requirements, policies, and guidelines set forth within the Code of Conduct & Employee Handbook expectations.
Has demonstrated the ability to comply with the Company's Safety and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Regularly participates within the near miss program.
