The Machine Maintenance tech is responsible for the overall operational performance of equipment working effectively and ensuring that clean and safe work environments are maintained. Responsibilities include performing regular inspections of machinery and equipment, install, assemble and test new machines while complying with health and safety regulations. Requirements

• Critical thinker by nature with great attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact and convey information with the team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Diagnostic and mechanical skills identifying problems and generating solutions
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
• 3 years of experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Change machine molds to create clients ordered products
• Perform machine repairs before and during shift operations
• Lift heavy drums and machine parts regularly on a daily operating basis
• Maintain parts and tools to reduce inventory loss
• Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns
