About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Support Worker will help with equipment installation, production machinery equipment troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance. Ensures that all equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and that all work performed meets federal and state safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Approachable and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
• Drive for continuous learning and growth.
• Attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Clearly read, write, and comprehend English.
• High School education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provides preventative maintenance on all production machinery.
• Assists in repairs of broken or leaking machine systems.
• Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Assists in installation of equipment in multiple departments.
• Maintains maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Performs basic minor repairs, preventative maintenance and cleaning.
• Other job duties and tasks as assigned.
