Position Summary Our Machine Lube Technician’s are responsible for performing routine maintenance on company equipment, including greasing heavy equipment, changing fluids, and maintaining accurate service records. This role supports safe and efficient operations by identifying potential issues and ensuring equipment is properly serviced. The Machine Lube Technician is expected to actively demonstrate and uphold company values. A valid driver’s license is required. Schedule Monday - Sunday (4-Day workweek: Rotating Schedule) 7:00am - 7:00pm

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Mechanical aptitude with relevant hands-on experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hi-lo (forklift) experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Willingness to work in an outdoor environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
  • A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety rules, complete required safety training, and report unsafe conditions to the shift leader
  • Perform visual equipment inspections throughout each shift, documenting findings on the PM checklist
  • Conduct routine maintenance on assigned equipment following established safety procedures
  • Monitor equipment and work areas for dust leaks, unusual sounds, or signs of potential failure; report and repair as appropriate
  • Change dust bags, cooling tower water filters, and monitor glycol system levels and temperature
  • Keep all work areas, walkways, and grounds clear of dust, debris, and accumulated material
  • Maintain tools and storage areas in an organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with tower operators and shift leader via radio and in person
  • Assist with machine cleaning and maintenance during startup and shutdown
  • Perform environmental observations for excess smoke or dust and assist with corrections as directed
  • Support shift leader with shift goals and take on additional projects as time allows
