Requirements

• Deep expertise in modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX and distributed computing principles.
• Proven experience training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale models with over 7B parameters.
• Skilled in low-level algorithm optimization including quantization, CUDA, or hardware-specific tuning.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize high-performance ML algorithms for reliability and massive scalability.
• Design and maintain experimentation pipelines for rapid iteration and reproducible research outcomes.
• Refactor prototype code into production-grade repositories and develop high-speed data processing workflows.
