About The Position

Lead the development of machine learning platforms, leveraging model registries, feature stores, and model monitoring. Lead the development, implementation, and administration of machine learning systems and pipelines within operational workflows from end-to-end. Utilize and create custom APIs, functions, libraries, and packages in multiple programming languages. Perform advanced programming and code review using statistical and data software tools including Python, R, Java, and Scala. Utilize experience with Linux and bash scripting. Utilize DevOps best practices (continuous integration and continuous deployment) and tools (such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git). Write and tune advanced queries to manipulate and combine large or complex data sets, including unstructured data sources. Use Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, NoSQL, in-memory data stores) and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Foster machine learning partnerships across all levels of the organization through effective communication and relationship management. Position may telecommute from home within reasonable commuting distance of Salt Lake City, UT for 50% of total workdays.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of developing, implementing, and administering machine learning systems and pipelines within operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of developing in MLOps machine learning platform.
  • Knowledge of Linux and bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices (continuous integration and continuous deployment).
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Knowledge of Artificially Intelligent Agents and decision-making architecture
  • Knowledge of delivering successful AI projects by utilizing deep learning, computer vision and image processing techniques
