About The Position

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience developing and deploying advanced AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building scalable, production-ready ML and Generative AI systems. Must know MLOps

Requirements

Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Proficiency in Python, along with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with Generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, VAEs).
Ability to design scalable and efficient AI/ML architectures.
Knowledge of NLP for text generation and related modeling techniques.
Familiarity with computer vision and AI-driven image generation.
Strong skills in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Solid understanding of neural network architecture, training strategies, and optimization.
Experience deploying AI/ML models to production environments.
Commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest GenAI research and integrating new advancements into practical solutions.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience working with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama 3).
Curiosity and eagerness to explore emerging models, including commercial GenAI platforms.
Real-world experience building solutions across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for real-world production use.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven innovation.
Preprocess, analyze, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling.
Develop and maintain training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for ML and GenAI models.
Monitor deployed models and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Stay current with emerging trends in machine learning, Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision.
