At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking talented Machine Learning Engineers to join our ML Ops team, a vital part of our Enterprise Architecture team. This role is designed for individuals who possess strong programming skills and a deep curiosity for continuous learning and adaptation in the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in AI, ML, and data science, and will be responsible for creating functional prototypes that showcase our capabilities in the AI/ML space. In this position, you will develop AI/ML solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. Your responsibilities will include performing feature engineering activities, displaying standard data science statistics for models, and determining the relevance of various features contributing to the solutions. You will collaborate with functional and integration teams to architect end-to-end solutions, set up APIs for testing predictions, and understand various algorithms to select the best fit for each use case. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining artificial intelligence components, researching and implementing practical applications of Generative AI models, and gaining hands-on experience in designing, building, and evaluating AI-powered solutions across diverse domains. You will embrace new AI technologies through focused learning and experimentation, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of technological advancements. Your role will also involve designing, implementing, and supporting machine learning algorithms, rebuilding and retraining production models, and experimenting with new AI/ML services while promoting their benefits. You will develop standards and procedures for machine learning platforms, optimize models for performance and efficiency, and ensure data quality and ethical use in compliance with privacy regulations. Furthermore, you will monitor and mitigate risks associated with bias and misuse of generative AI systems, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
