This role involves collaborating with merchants and creators to deliver high-quality content and a personalized shopping experience for TikTok users. The team is tasked with creating efficient shopping tools at seller centers and fostering cooperation between merchants and creators. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and building large-scale machine learning algorithms aimed at optimizing e-commerce search engines. This includes working on various business indicators related to sorting scenarios, such as relevance, click-through rate, and conversion rate. You will also build machine learning solutions and algorithm strategies by analyzing a vast amount of user queries to empower merchants and enhance the platform's overall matching capabilities. Additionally, you will leverage large-scale data to analyze the behaviors of creators and merchants, developing targeted algorithm strategies that improve monetization efficiency for merchants and contribute to industrial upgrading. Your work will support the rapid development of TikTok's e-commerce business, serving millions of merchants and exploring more efficient business models to provide users with the best shopping experience while promoting healthy ecological development.
