Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and ML, including 5+ years in data architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, and SQL.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Airflow, Spark) and cloud services (AWS Glue/Kinesis).
• Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake, and at least 1 year deploying machine learning models in production.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with inclusive leadership, fostering idea sharing and innovation.
