Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data engineering. This position is focused on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve internal processes and customer experience. The role involves working on automation, data processing, and machine learning applications within an industrial environment. Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS are required. A good understanding of operational or industrial workflows is highly valued.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Engineering
Strong Python skills (scripting, automation, data processing)
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or similar)
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Ability to translate business/process needs into technical solutions

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
Knowledge of computer vision
Experience with NLP (text or speech processing)
Experience with data pipelines or data engineering
Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile environments

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize internal processes.
Build Python-based scripts and tools for automation and data processing.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Work with AWS services to manage data and deploy scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, IT) to implement solutions.
Contribute to innovation initiatives such as computer vision or text/speech processing.
Document developed solutions and ensure maintainability.
