About The Position
As a Machine Learning Engineer on the growth team at you will build the systems that run Mercor’s hiring engine: indexing and global discovery, cross-platform sourcing and engagement, real-time scoring and personalization, and high-throughput conversion pipelines that turn interest into hires. What you’ll build. Low-latency ranking & matching pipelines that process thousands of signals. Global off-platform people search, job-distribution and ad/acquisition infrastructure. Production ML and feature infra for personalization and incentive modeling. Real-time event and data pipelines, high-throughput APIs, and observability for mission-critical services. Who we want. Engineers with expertise building distributed backends or ML infra, proven ownership of large-scale matching, indexing, recommender or search systems; strong production instincts and experience with high-throughput services, monitoring, and reliability. Requirements
- Engineers with expertise building distributed backends or ML infra
