Requirements

• Deep understanding of natural language processing and machine learning.
• Experience with large language models, machine translation, and conversational AI.
• Ability to develop and optimize NLP and machine translation models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the intelligent customer service of TikTok shopping, working closely with product and operation teams to understand user intentions and design conversational solutions.
• Develop NLP models such as text classification, machine reading, and summarization to enhance user experience.
• Develop and optimize the machine translation service of TikTok shopping to support cross-region product listing and buyer-seller communication.
• Develop machine translation models for conversational environments and text generation models from multi-modality inputs.
• Develop and optimize the multi-modal AIGC model for product copywriting, including product title, selling points, description, and live broadcast script creation.
