About The Position

About the role Contrast AI is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team. As part of Contrast AI, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, contributing to the development of intelligent systems that push the boundaries of machine learning and data-driven technologies. You will collaborate closely with our software engineers and data scientists to design, implement, and optimize AI models that address real-world challenges for our clients. What you'll do Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various AI-powered applications. Work with large datasets to build, train, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into machine learning solutions. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to derive actionable insights. Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, implementing best practices to ensure robust and efficient models. Conduct experiments, tune hyperparameters, and apply advanced techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. Strong background in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis. Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar programming language for data manipulation and model development. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying machine learning models. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
