About The Position

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You’ll work across client projects to develop production-ready ML systems, rapid prototypes, and scalable AI pipelines while integrating them into existing software infrastructure. This role requires a mix of software engineering, data science, and strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, experiment with emerging AI technologies, and play a key role in shaping AI-driven solutions that have tangible impact on operations and decision-making. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to high-profile, innovative projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years focused on applied AI/ML.
  • Proficient in Python and production-grade software development.
  • Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
  • 2–3 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their ML services.
  • Proven experience designing, prototyping, and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, CI/CD, and version control (Git).
  • Experience integrating ML models into production systems and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to build rapid prototypes and scale them into production-grade solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Must reside in the United States and perform work domestically.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with MLOps platforms and model monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven systems and data pipelines that meet client needs.
  • Build production-ready machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Architect scalable AI systems with focus on reliability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous deployment.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to embed AI solutions into production applications.
  • Communicate technical AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
