As a Vice President in the ML Model Delivery Services team, you will own and drive initiatives related to key initiatives within the Consumer and Community Banking Risk Data, Analytics, and Technology Organization. Your main job will be to help set up, support, and keep an eye on the models used in Consumer and Community Banking. You will need to work well with different teams, including Technology, Modeling, and Risk Strategy. Being able to talk to and work with people from these areas is very important. It would be great if you have some experience in areas like product or program management, modeling and analytics, data management, or predictive decision science.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or a similar field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in business/technology architecture, product management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of individual technical achievements.
• Experience working on agile teams using JIRA or a similar product management tool.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and logically.
• Ability to work effectively and influence within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.
• Ability to develop an understanding of all the applications and how they interact with internal and external applications.
• Familiarity with coding and software development processes.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and tools.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR, Lambda) and understanding of cloud infrastructure management and security best practices.
• Experience with tools like TensorFlow, XGBoost, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Nice To Haves

• Agile / Scrum certifications.
• Ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models.
• Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (like Data Mesh, Cloud, Graph), data management tools, and reporting visualization solutions.
