The Machine Inside Sales Representative (MISR) will manage all aspects of sales and rental transactions, including quote preparation, financing arrangements, product presentation, and application analysis. This role involves identifying potential equipment users not currently covered by a sales representative, maintaining a consistent call cycle to assigned and prospect accounts, and building relationships with retail customers. The MISR will utilize SalesLink for documenting customer information, sales calls, leads, opportunities, activities, and lost sales. They will also collaborate with management to develop account plans and territory strategies, leveraging past sales history. Key activities include contacting prospective customers to determine needs, presenting product information, quoting and closing sales/rental transactions, and completing all required documentation. The MISR will also assist with/conduct demonstrations and represent the Company at community events like trade shows.
