  • Assist machine operators in setting up and adjusting machinery for production runs.
  • Monitor machines during operation to detect and report malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products as required by the production schedule.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
  • Support inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
