About The Position

This is an entry-level hourly position with growth potential! You will be responsible for all activities associated with helping operators on your assigned machine. This includes setup, operation, clean-up, quality checks and recommending improvements to operations.

Requirements

• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.
• Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must have a working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation.
• Must understand product layouts and production specifications.
• Must know product quality specifications and quality standards.
• May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.

Responsibilities

• Work at a fast-pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to production schedule.
• Assist in the set-up slotting, feed, and die cut sections on machine accurately.
• Monitor board quality for any defects and report problems to the operator.
• Complete all necessary reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross-train on other machines.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping.
