About The Position

The Machine Health Specialist provides dedicated service support for internal and external customers by coordinating, executing, and managing Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) to ensure accurate contract administration, timely service delivery, and improved equipment uptime. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service oriented with the desire to effectively communicate with and serve internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to change priorities and remain productive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office and the ability and willingness to learn new applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple systems and processes simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • All customer requests or complaints are acknowledged, and customers are informed of status within 24 hours.
  • Enter and maintain all CVA contracts in DBS, EMT, and Cat Foresight.
  • Manage full CVA lifecycle including setup, updates, renewals, and expiration tracking.
  • Review and update prepaid CVA accounts monthly.
  • Generate and distribute CVA reports and renewal documentation.
  • Open, manage, and close all work orders to ensure accurate and timely invoices.
  • Ensure all required documentation and paperwork is complete for technicians and service execution.
  • Manage CVA filter kits from creation to invoice.
  • Support efficient delivery and execution of CVA-related services.
  • Log and maintain oil manifest sheets.
  • Attempt to obtain purchase orders when required to support contract execution.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Forward applicable reports to Condition Monitoring Team when required.
  • Support Product Support Representatives and service teams with contract-related needs.
  • Track CVA activity includes renewals, expirations, and service compliance.
  • Identify gaps in contract execution (missed services, delayed work orders, etc.).
  • Support efforts to improve CVA retention, efficiency, and overall program performance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
