Job Title: Machine Control Field Service Technician Job Summary: The Survey Technician fulfills a field role involving survey equipment operations, grade checker equipment operations as well as all of the machine control driven equipment, including GPS and robotically guided equipment. Your responsibilities include training, repair, maintenance, installation as well as technology/firmware updates. Being proficient with basic Windows and Excel worksheets, inventory management concepts and organization is a must.

Requirements

• Requires 2+ years of related experience. (Fields worked can vary)
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep a log/journal of repairs/maintenance performed.
• Develop a key points checklist for inspection on equipment.
• Travelling between all jobs and coordinating in an efficient manner.
• Maintain inventory of available parts, and restocking as needed.
• Establishing professional relationships and confidence with the work crews you are meeting.
